No one does summer like an Italian. Their relaxed attitude, their no-schedule-schedule, their obliviousness to the sun… it is the stuff summer dreams are made of. I passed many long weekends in this adorable beach town on the western stretch of the Ligurian coast. I was possibly the only non Italian in the entire village, and the only one documenting their behavior. I couldn’t help it— every moment was a photo. This was taken no later than 8a.m.- this crew already on the rocks, already hot enough for a dip.
