One winter day I passed a lunch service inside the Michelin-starred Seta restaurant at Milano’s Mandarin Oriental Hotel. Chef Antonio Guida and his team could not have been more kind, lovely, and fun. It was the kitchen of every chef’s dream. Copper pots and tall white chef hats. My dad, who went to the Culinary Institute of America, would have been in heaven.
