This was one of the most cheerful, fun professional Michelin-starred kitchens I’ve ever been in. Chef Antonio Guida helms a fabulous team of kind-hearted, talented, and fun-loving chefs. If he gave me a job as a potato-peeler in the corner, I would have stayed forever.
